Today I met an accident in bike and fell

I fell down facing my back to the road impacting my spinal system and back joint. I am having pain in my back joint right half of spine at neck joint and near back head. What measures should I take?x-ray or CT scan

Consult any orthopaedician or spine surgeon who can actually suggest you if you need an X ray or MRI or any other tests. Don't go for any test at your own unnecessary. Sometimes , if it's not major , surgeon will suggest you not to go for any tests.
