U shouldn't stop all at once, reduce slowly number of cigarettes/ tobacco u smoke per day. Observe any withdrawal complaints r u getting...  Like that u can Slowly leave that without any side effects.. I hope you can understand... If u can't leave that, then only you need some counselling and medicines....
