Tobacco chewing habits
How do I leave habit of tobacco chewing.i take tobacco dips only once after dinner . Whole day I don't take it. Please help me with this problem. Its causes me cough . I want to leave this habit permanently. I tried to leave it many times but after 2-3 days again I feel the craving for it and then I have to take it again. It causes leg pain also . please help
