To make sure about HIV
When I lower down my penile for skin there is white colour discharge on penis. And I am having itching on my testical with some boil and on the foreskin also there some boil pimple but I didn't have sex for around more than 6 months can I get HIV virus. Because around 1.5yrs ago I was positive with herpes virus should I go for HIV test . Or it is normal itching which will go aways itself
