I am a constant heavy smoker from last 10 years and want to know the extent to which this has damaged my lungs and overall heath. I want to know which tests to undertake to get details regarding same.

Hello, for smoking associated lung changes you should go for Chest xray (PA) first, then if required HRCT chest scan can be done. PFT, 2d Echo are for functioning of lungs and heart respectively.
