A woman's end height will be reached by 15-16yrs of age. This cannot be changed by any artificial means.

No....now u can't increase height by anything....the process has already been done naturally....

Hight of a person is determined by many factors like your heredity , food,etc. To attain best possible hight take high protein diet, fresh fruits daily. Do regular physical exercises.
