Hello, A well planned weight gain diet chart id required.Your weight should be in between 65-70 depending on body frame. There are many reason of being underweight. 1. Endocrine disturbances 2. Genetic 3. Vitamins and minerals deficiency 4. Psychological problem 5.IBS 6. Eating disorder 7. Liver dysfunction 8. Please share your daily routine, food intake and sleeping pattern along with water intake. Do you have any health issues or constipation or less appetite. Your Healthy weight range is from 55to 69 so no need to worry, Just need to improve little muscles so for this avoid high fat junk food and start taking high protein diet with physical work out
