To have good digestion and lose weight
I am trying to lose weight. But what i observed is immediately after having food or snacks, (small meals) i feel stomach full and got tummy. May i know what can be reasons for it. Whether my digestive system got weakened or due to some other reasons. Thanks and regards Pooja

First of all you need to understand that to lose weight, the quality of food you take is as important as quantity of food. So u need to keep a check on what you are eating than just how much you are eating. Bloated sensation for small meals can be because of the kind of food you are taking or some disease process going on in your stomach. We have to find out where the fault is lying.
