Hello!! My age was jus17yrs old!
I want some precautions to decrease chest.
I have so much chest tht I cant wear shirt or tops becoz with heavy chest!abut thiz no dresses sutis meh! It's luking soo odd! Sooo plzz doctrs I am begging abut thiz.plzz tell how to decrease chest.

Surgery is the only way u can reduce breast size. But see it's genetically designed. I would advise to refrain from surgery as far as possible. U r not a film star to think upon that much. Accept it as ur body is a gift from ur parents and the God.

Your best option is to consult s good breast surgeon in your area. Weight loss can help but is not as effective as surgery. If you suffer neck and back pain or avoid exercise because of your breasts then you need surgery before the damage worsens
