To conceive naturally
HSG-R and L fallopian tubes r normally. Minimal free spillage noted. My hubby's sperm count is good. im36 and my husband is 40. My gynae advised me 2 tak folic-5 til I conceive. Please tell me with these values can I conceive naturally?

Hi there I understand your concern...you do have chance if no other abnormalities associated..Need detailed history about age at marriage, associated medical history...first thing you should know is- infertility means unable to concieve even after one year of unprotected regular Sex. If that's the case it may be due to numerous causes, in womens- it might be due to uterine abnormality,hormonal imbalance, fibroid in uterus,sometimes infection like T.B would have scarred fallopian tube which might be a cause,certain medications, obesity etc...I would suggest you to post all available reports here with history we would surely help you..

Yes why not.... But Do not FORCE urself only for natural Cycles. So ask ur gynec to formulate a plan and Go ahead. Stick to treatment with step wise acceleration. Ovarian Reserve decreased after 35 and drastically after 37. If require go for IUI/IVF . Dont delay. Age is MAJOR rate limiting factor in test tube baby.
