Hi,
1.Ketoconazole is an antifungal molecules that acts on the fungus or the yeast responsible for dandruff. So apply and leave the shampoo for around 10 minutes on wet scalp for the antifungal action to take place.
2.since excess oil production on scalp is responsible for dandruff, avoid further oiling of scalp, that may aggravate your iiching ans scaling.
3. use twice a week for 1 month and then maintain weekly once.
