We need to know his growth parameters(weight and height) if its low he may have to take supplements and modify his diet..The quantity of food is not important its tge quality that matters..also i hope he is vaccinated as per age..if not given pl gv pnemonococcal and flu vaccine since he had pneumonia twice..If other infections like ear or skin recurrent may need tests for immunodeficiency...Pl give vit D daily! Since he is three years if he has just joined playschool its likely he may fall sick often.
