To apply amla water or not
I am having hairfall because of thyroid and pcos I am thinking of applying amla water to my hair but my hair is already frizzy dry and tangled please suggest should I apply that

Instead od applying if you take amla alovera juice with water empty stomach it will help you in treating hairfall and other mentioned problems. You can also start with Amalkirasayan 1/2 tsp twice and for PCOD treatment consult personally

Applying amla on hair increases dryness of hair n they become frizzy. Stop doing that.
Instead correct your thyroid levels and get treated for PCOS
