My recent TMT test was +ve in recovery with significant ST-T depression , my HR was normal and also the BP , no ANGINA .. I have high GERD , can the +Ve TMT be due it also?? . Can i treat my GERD first and then do TMT again before concluding that i should proceed for angiogram test , please advise

GERD will cause chest discomfort but doesn't cause STT changes in TMT. Changes during recovery phase is very significant finding. I would advocate u to go for coronary angiogram, find out there are blocks or not. If u have significant blocks then do a gastroenterology work up as u vil need blood thinners during Angioplasty. But if u have normal angio then u forget about the heart and do a Gastro evaluation nd get it treated
