TMT positive for inducible ischaemia
64 years , female, Diabetic from 17 yrs ,BP from 10 yrs, as part of medical checkup undergone Echo, TMT 6 yrs back that time positive for inducible ischemia ,but GP did not refer to Cardiologist. Now same tests repeated in medical checkup,no other symptoms, same result now positive inducible ischaemia, now cardiologist says go for CAG. Question 1) Is there anything gone wrong from 6 yrs that made to ask for CAG 2) after CAG do we have any medication to cure or only stent or surgery only options?

TMT positive of falling in intermediate or high risk category will require a CAG.
