TMT positive for inducible ischaemia
64 years , female, Diabetic from 17 years ,BP from 10 years, undergone Echo, TMT 6 yrs back that time positive for inducible ischemia ,but GP did not refer to Cardiologist. Now same tests repeated and same result now positive inducible ischaemia, now cardiologist says go for CAG. Question 1) Is there anything gone wrong from 6 years that made to ask for CAG 2) after CAG do we have any medication to cure or only stent or surgery only the options ?
