Tmt is normal but shows st changes
Hey docs,I did a tmt few weeks back I ran for 6mins and I reached my max heart rate of 203bpm easily with no symptoms while the test. My highest bp was 150/100 and max METs 10.35 my doctor completely ignored my tmt report. I can see st changes in peak exercise and recovery especially at v3 I am attaching my peak ex and my recovery (2) the changes were more in those..Can you help me with this doctors Symptoms during or before exercise and some points: 1)Palpitations (skipped heartbeats sometimes) 2)Left arm pain,left shoulder pain not always usually hurts after I wake up or after I stretched my arm 3)left hand feels weaker then right 4)no shortness of breath no dizziness no problems during exercise or running 5)I don't have any family history or any risk factors 6)My other heart tests came back normal Can you help me with this doctor,are my st changes dangerous?should I be concerned for this?

You need 24 hrs ecg monitoring ( Holter monitoring ) If symptoms persist it is better to get CT coronary angiogram
