I have OCD. I have taken 5 to 6 titanos in last 10 to 15 years and not know about my child time vaccination. 6 month ago i haI have taken a tt shot . today a minor scratch with very minor bleeding happened from my study wooden table . Can past shot help me or I have to take another tt shot

No need if you have taken TT within 5yrs.. as your last dose just 6 months back no need for new dose
