A. Avoid rubbing eyes
B. Cold compresses
C. Use antiallergic eyedrop like epinastine eyedrop twice daily along with lubricating eyedrop like lubrex frequently
Having said that it is provisional diagnosis

Hello mam,
1. Cold compress put some ice packs, over your eyes.
2. Wash with cold waters 2-3 times a day
3. Bepotastine eye drops twice a day
4. Carboxymethylcellulose eye drops three times a day one drop each time
