Tiredness and lot of burping
Dear sir I have gastric problems from last 3months , I have taken medicine now somparz D , Librax for 14 days and VSL3, 2 days before I taken tab librax and the same day night started lose motion, then dr. given me VSL3 for 05 days . Now I am filling tiredness and I think at night time I getting fever and I have dry cough aloso.
Lot of burping full day . I have done ultrasonography,Endoscopy,blood test , chest xray .
yesterday filling fever at night. Morning I checked temperature 97.6
Please advise me what to do ?

For gastric probelm chew your food and eat
Do not talk while eating or drink water inbetween. Take lots of buttermilk it will help. For fever you need to consult a doctor

Ur symptom looks like ibs, but since u have fever, kindly consult a doctor for it
