Tired , acidity, pukish
Hi , from morning I feel acidity and vomiting sensation when I brush my teeth . After that in gym after little exercise I feel dizzy and get vomiting sensation and sometimes vomit too . While playing also I get loss of breath and vomiting sensation. I am very ashamed how I have become, I want to be fit again . Please advise what's wrong . I smoke occasionally and drink beer in weekends. I am a non vegetarian. I do drink lots of water during the day .

Hello there...i understand your concern...try eating several small meals instead of three large ones whenever you can...Avoid foods that irritate your stomach, especially those that are spicy, acidic, fried or fatty... avoid coffee,tea etc... Avoid stress,consider calming activities, such as meditation, yoga etc...sleep with head raised position and have dinner at least 2 hours before sleep..do regular exercises...take pantaprazole 40 mg twice daily before food with above....consult physician if symptoms persists.

Hello there.  I can understand your concern.  It could be due to dyspepsia. You need to make certain diet changes.  Avoid oily and spicy foods. Avoid green chillies. Avoid smoking and alcohol. Tab pantosec-D once or twice a day half an hour before food for 10 days. Cap. Dipep twice a day after food for 5 days. Consult a general physician in person for further evaluation and management. You seem to have acid peptic dyspepsia. ..a disorder where acid secretion is more with reflux.....you start tab PanD twice daily empty stomach for a week and see the response

Avoid irritating foods. Avoid foods that irritate your stomach, especially those that are spicy, acidic, fried or fatty.... .Avoid alcohol. Alcohol can irritate the mucous lining of your stomach...
