Tip of the urethra feels like burning

Asked for Male, 34 Years

Hi, It's been two weeks, post urination I occasionally feels burning at the tip of urethra and other times itchiness in the tip. It's no painful but it's uncomfortable. Very occasionally I also feen pain in the testicles. Did a routine urine test but everything was normal.
