Why does it burn at tip of urethra after urinating

Hi I am 57 year old male. Since yesterday overtime after I urinate I get severe burning in the urethra. It burns only for few seconds but it so severe that I am scared to urinate again. Why does it burn at the tip of urethra after urinating? What can be the causes of it?

it looks like urinary tract infection. please take syp citralka 2tsf three to 4 times a day it will reduce the burning, drink ample of fluids and start tab niftran twice daily for 14 days. before starting niftran get one urine culture and routine done as well
