Hi.. I can fully understand your worry
It's a single boil with pus.. Just clean it with Potassium permanganate water and apply any antibiotic cream... even Soframycin is ok.... if problem persists ..consider online consultation.
ABout hypospadias I think your doctor must have informed you the steps to be followed.
