Tiny tears on foreskin
I have tiny tears on my foreskin that appeared during an erection. Now they are stretching even when I pull the foreskin back for urination. Therefore having to pull back the skin is causing mild pain in those tiny cuts. Their size is tiny but they are a few in number. I've practiced good hygiene and wash under the foreskin regularly with warm water and general soap. In desperate need of some in help. My city doesn't have any urologists. Please suggest any ointment or gel or anything that would heal this.
