Hello,  At 5 months old, it’s not uncommon for babies to cry with minimal or no tears, as their tear ducts are still developing. However, if this persists or is accompanied by other symptoms like redness, discharge, or excessive fussiness, it could indicate blocked tear ducts or mild dehydration.  To rule out any underlying issues, I recommend a thorough evaluation by a pediatrician. As a specialist, I can provide a detailed assessment and guidance tailored to your baby’s needs.  For further consultation, you can reach me directly on WhatsApp at **Eight Zero Zero Nine Eight Two One Three Three Two**. Let’s ensure your little one gets the best care.
