Tiny bumps in testicles
Iam a 47 year old Male.
I have numerous tiny bumps in testicles. It seems there is blood in those bumps. Bumps are the size of mustard seeds. Two to three times in past 6 months blood suddenly came and suddenly stopped.
Kindly advise
