Tiny bumps, appear red. Dont itch.
I recently started using Murad face wash and noticed tiny bumps on my face. They're on my cheek, between eyebrows, on temples, and very close to under my eyes. They don't itch but do appear red. It's only become worse and slightly started to spread. Could this be an allergic reaction? And is there anything i could do to get rid of them? Can i put
