Tiny round cuts on skin
Hi There are some tiny circular cuts on my skin espicially on the feet and hand. These cuts grow into small circular bumps after 2-3 days. Initially they were not itching. But now it has started itching in the night. Pls help. The cuts grow on new places everyday

Avoid soaps and use cetaphil cleansing lotion instead of soaps. Apply moisturizers after bath regularly. Soak your hands and feet in warm saline at bedtime for 10 mins.  Steroid cream can be used for 2 weeks for the affected area.
