Tiny bubbles on neck
I noticed that I have some tiny bubbles on the back side of my neck, but unable to understand what they are. Can someone please help me to tell what these bubbles exactly are? Is it any skin disease?...photo of the neck is attached herewith.

Yes it can be fungal infection, you should better get it checked by a professional and get it treated, it can spread to other body areas also, so waste much time
