Tiny boils on skin
My daughter has tiny boils on her cheeks and nose. It does not give her any discomfort but I feel its increasing.

It looks like molluscum contagiosum(viral infection)....go to a dermatologist nearby to do needling with extraction or rf... It can spread....so do it as early as possible...
