Tinnitus without headache
I have constant tinnitus since 2 months now without any diziness and headache. I do have one still developing wisdom tooth but my tinnitus is on both sides of ear. Please suggest 🙏

   How is your hearing maam, you need to get a pure tone audiometry done to know status of the hearing nerve, as any abnormality in the function of the hearing nerve or hearing area in brain can be the cause of tinnitus
