I have tinnitus since 2009, right now its too loud and always have white muccus when cleanning my nose specially in the morning.

It indicates nasal allergies with post nasal drip.. tinnitus is multifactorial..but it may cause tinnitus too.. visit an ENT specialist for proper assessment.. and treatment..
