Hello, Ringing or buzzing noise in one or both ears can be defined as tinnitus. We have found that those who suffer from frequent cold, having nosal flesh increasing, the one who has dental problems, or person facing tonsils, or vertigo, half headache, or feels giddiness may face with tinnitus in their life.
Next Steps
As a prevention I will suggest you to : 1)Avoid using cotton buds because these can cause infection. 2)Dont stand by the speakers. 3)Keep safe level of personal listening 4) If you listen to music through earphones, make sure you set the level to safe.
