Tinnitus issue!
I am having tinnitus since a year, i have been on medrol, renerve plus inj, and too many multivitamins I had been prescribed.
Recently i had a brain MRI prescribed, everything was normal except it showed "Mucosal thickening noted in b/l ethmoid aircells".
After showing the report to my doc, he prescribed nootrophil c. Just wanted to ask if it is safe and what are the side effects? Just wanted to check as i had a severe infection when I was on medrol. Also I read this medication is used for acute stroke. So I'm scared a bit.
Please help me here.

It is a generally safe medicine.. It can be used without much side effects.
