Tinnitus and Muscle Spasm
◆Initially I was facing concern due to muscle spasms in the neck and chest area and later on develop symptoms of Tinnitus.I have taken consultant over practo and local doctor for Tinnitus issue as it was too much irritating to me.◆They advise me few medicine I have taken combination few prescribed by local ent and few over practo.Now my sound in the ear is reducing sometime it's completely gone and in early morning it's again come back with low frequency. ◆Sound is just like sensation of blood pressure within brain from the neck. Whenever I have taken the Complamina and Defcon 6 it's feeling better sound get reduced. My concern is which medicine I will continue  ◆I have taken this medicine for 7 days.Prescribed by nearest ENT specialist and Over Practo. Otocap Cap(Taken), Goonj Forte (Not Taken), SB-12(Not Taken) Complamania (Taken), Defcon 6 (Taken), Tinnitus Cap (Not Taken) ◆Please advise me what shall I do now. I am attaching Audio Test Report for references.

According to your complaints of one sided tinnitus with ?pressure like sound it is advisable to rule out any cause in the brain which maybe causing tinnitus.
