I have tinnitus from 6 months. And in this lockdown i feel like sleeping all the time. I dont havevertigo nor heqring loss but is dizziness sign of meniers??

There are a lot of reasons for dizziness, Menieres is one of them. But your main problem is tinnitus, before we come to a diagnosis few investigations are necessary, Such as a hearing test to rule out hearing loss.
After the lockdown is over please visit any ENT surgeon nearby.
