Tingly Hands

So i used to drink v the energy drink pretty frequently but for the last 2 months i may have drunk one or 2 but today i was feeling tired and drunk around 1.4 letters and now i have a tingly feeling in my hands and am feeling unstable when walking not sure if this is some sort of sugar crash could really use the help thanks
