Tingling/Mild burning and frequent pee
For the last 6 weeks I have been having frequent urination and mild tingling/burning inside the tip of the penis and areas. It went away for 4-5 days then came back again. My partner had same issue but got resolved itself. What could it be? No fever no pain and urine routine check shows very little blood cells and STI test also negative.

I think you need to consult a urologist for detailed evaluation and treatment.
