Tingling feels in penis when peeing.

So i have tingle feels when i pee with like a very slight burn or its just tingle only. I'll be fine all day and when i pee it starts it started only 2 days back. It doesn't happen all the time i don't even have like sudden urge to pees just when i pee it tingles and then when I'm done it goes away but if u press the head of penis post peeing it tingles. Last i was sexually active was 10th September and she was clean. I have got my penis hurt like in intercourse once before and i remember stingy feels that felt like needle in the past but that went away i have had dehydrated burning pee too with very mild uti because i was dehydrated but thats not this. It's just a light tingle feel for a mild second. I think it started when i held my pee for like 4 hrs or so 2 days ago.
