Tingling in right foot
Two weeks ago i had knee pain that i felt in my calf. it went away the next day than came back the next day. went away than came back. last week had no problems went to see the doctor she did a xray came back normal. i have no swelling, redness or fever but today all day my right foot has been tingling and numb feeling. I can move it and walk fine no pain but im worried for possible blood clot?

Don't worry about it it is just because of lack of exercise muscles become weak and pain starts .you should start with strengthening exercises of quadriceps and hamstring muscles on sitting on high chair and lifting both legs up while keeping both feet upwards  and then down.half squatting , and start 10 to 15 minutes walk also

use hot pack for pain relief and then start exercises

avoid cross leg sitting and  sitting on low stools use comfortable footwear
