I am getting tingling in feet..sweating n even tingling in fingers n sweating in Palm Pls do help with some suggestion of medicine Have a diabetes history more than 2 yrs

Hello there. I can understand your concern. It's most likely diabetic neuropathy. You can take a tab. Neurobion forte once a day after food for a month. Tab.
