I have tingling feeling in center of chestin every other day. There is no pain just fells like something is crawling there. Pls guide me

ECG need to rule of cardiac cause. Symptoms most likely no cardiac. Lifestyle modification is advisable . Avoid spices, take antacid syrup daily twice.
