I've suffering from white spots on my neck back from past few weeks and its multiplying more spots i just use nizoral shampoo in once a day but the result is spots on my neck looks light but in back still not stop to multiply so please help me to get rid of it and what the problem how can i cure ...and what food i should avoid ....
