Tinea coupled with RA
The tinea has been since 5-6 months and has been slowly spreading from groin area to parts near the toes and near the eyes as well . Since , she has RA she has to take immunosuppressants as well . How can this tinea be cured with the minimum of other side effects . Please suggest some medication .

The treatment for tinea or fungal infection is simple. You have to take anti fungal tablets and creams for 4 to 6 weeks following which it resolves. Do not apply soap on that area and do not self treat with over the counter steroid creams. Mistreatment with steroid creams and self treatment with cheaper generic medicine is the most common reason for recurrent disease.
