Tightness in back of head and mild pain

Asked for Male, 18 Years

I have been experiencing tightness in back of head near ears and also there is a very mil pain in top of head which goes away itself after few seconds..Also there is pain in the afea while yamning feels like a muscle strain... What could be the reason. Please help Regards
