Hard stools is a usual problem in some infants and toddlers which are mainly on milk based diet. Increased dietary fibers in diet and toilet training will gradually improve the situation over a period of time. Dietary modifications need to be done. If problem persists, consult a pediatrician in your locality for examination and detailed evaluation.
First u need to change the diet. Give more fluids, more fiber in form of leafy vegetables, whole fruits, less maida items. Make a time for potty n make your child sit everyday.
If all these measures dont help then we can give medicines.
