Tight penile skin
Sir. Last 6 to8 months i feel a long penile skin and also when is in erection, the foreskin is damaged and painful. What could be the treatment The fore skin have small cuts in sometime.. Pls advice i fear what could be the cause

U might need to go for circumcision, but incase if u want to avoid surgery u can also consult for proper guidance and prescription. Take care.

You must visit Urologist and get your complete check up with blood tests to reach at the diagnosis of your problem. Diabetes or Phimosis are the common causes of such penile problems. For the time being, you can apply some Antibiotics cream on Foreskin of Penis. A detailed analysis is required.

It's look like Tight foreskin & Called as Phimosis for which CIRCUMCISION is the Treatment of choice. If not willing for CIRCUMCISION then Alternative Cream & Tablets also useful.
