Tight foreskin and Penile infection
I believe I have got an infection below foreskin and on head of my Penis. The texture of skin has gone white with with what looks like dead skin layer on head. Foreskin is tight as well which make it difficult to roll down (I try to clean during bath) . The problem is only when am erect. I can fully roll down when not erect or semi erect.

it commonly happen you have to wash it properly and regularly and apply coconut oil on it and take the skin back
