Tight foreskin of penis
My foreskin is tight and I have been advised to use clonate F steroid cream for making it soft so want to know how effective it will be at the age of 29 and how to apply the cream.

You can try  that cream  before  to proceed  further...as per advised  your  doctor....if your  problem  is  persistent..then you need  to visit  nearby urologist or general  surgeon  who will be able to attend you..he/she can help you accordingly by giving you proper advice  and treatment  after proper local examination..  you may need surgery...like circumcision  ..final  decision   is after local examination  whether  it is necessary  or not.....

Dear Patient, Phimosis is a condition in which a person is unable to pull back his foreskin either Partially or Completely. I was going through the internet and found out many opinions on Phimosis and Its Surgery (Circumcision). We are glad to inform you that not all patients have to undergo a surgery. Phimosis can be corrected/ Treated without Surgery as well. Please go through our feedbacks online (Dr. Manu Rajput) and (Dr. Kanu Rajput). We both practice at Sidri International Skin Hair and Sexology Clinic. In our feedbacks, you can see GENUINE PATIENTS who were in the same state of confusion/ Dilemma regarding phimosis like you are now and read their and our success stories. A lot many patients after 'researching' a lot on Google get depressed and convinced that circumcision is the only way to get rid of phimosis which is not true. Circumcision is one way BUT NOT THE ONLY WAY... Many believes that its not possible or if it's possible then after sometime it will again go back to the previous stage. We don't know how true is that coz frankly speaking, we haven't seen and observed any patient of ours coming back to stage 0. We are yet to see... Pun intended but with all due respect 😊 NON SURGICAL PHIMOSIS TREATMENT is a reality and it does resolve the condition.

In my opinion it is not advisable to use steroid creams on Penile foreskin.  Secondly it is unlikely to work for the purpose you desire.  May cause more problems in fact.  I suggest meet an urosurgeon and undergo surgical release.  With the advanced technologies circumcision is quite a painless and simple procedure.

Tight foreskin at 29 years of age...not even sliding up and down even in flaccid state may require CIRCUMCISION. IF TIGHT, but sliding in flaccid state but with a bit difficulty in erect state may get some help by applying steroid and anaesthetic gels and stretching the skin after 10 minutes of  such applications . It should be applied under foreskin on glans penis spreading underneath the  foreskin before stretching exercises started after absorption of medication say after 10 minutes. It's better to see your organ before taking a final decision to go for CIRCUMCISION surgery or not. So better consult.
